Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding customer service in casual dining, fine dining, or catering environments.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Manage POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
- Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering, and food safety compliance.
- Train staff on food handling procedures, customer service excellence, and operational protocols to foster a high-performing team.
- Supervise shift operations including staff scheduling, kitchen management, and ensuring smooth flow of service during busy hours.
- Maintain compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and food industry best practices across all areas of operation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management with a strong background in supervising teams within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety protocols.
- Previous experience in fine dining or banquet settings is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training, interviewing, and development initiatives.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and team management.
