Key Responsibilities
- Visit restaurant owners, chefs, and managers to understand their feedback on our ice cream products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Share client requirements, feedback, and market insights with the team to support product development and improvements.
- Support clients in promoting our ice cream products to increase demand and drive sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and Cloud Kitchens) segment.
- Represent the company professionally and strengthen the Icestasy Projects brand in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BBA, BMS, BMM, or equivalent) from a recognized college.
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
- Eagerness to learn and build a successful career.
- Good communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi.
- Friendly, empathetic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet clients.
