We are looking for a skilled and precision-driven CNC Operator cum Programmer to join our manufacturing team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for both writing code and physically setting up and running production machines to ensure zero rejections.
Key Responsibilities
- Programming: Develop, modify, and optimize G-code and M-code programs for VMC and CNC Turning machines.
- Machine Setup: Independently set up tools, fixtures, and raw materials as per engineering drawings.
- Operation: Run CNC machines safely and monitor cycle times to maximize daily production efficiency.
- Quality Control: Use precision instruments (micrometers, calipers) to conduct first-piece and in-process component inspections.
- Maintenance: Perform daily routine machine maintenance and report structural or equipment errors promptly. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
