About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through outbound calls
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant solutions
- Maintain customer relationships and support the sales process
- Follow up on leads and maintain communication records
- Meet assigned performance goals
- Ensure professional communication during all customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 8 months of experience in B2C or international sales.
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Basic computer knowledge and communication skills
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
