- Attend and manage customer inquiries regarding residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation to clients.
- Coordinate with the sales and management team to ensure smooth deal closures.
- Keep records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Real estate sales experience will be given preference.
Pay: ₹10,707.01 - ₹30,000.00 per month
