Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Painter Helper to assist painters in preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and completing painting tasks efficiently. The candidate should be physically fit, willing to learn, and able to work in construction or maintenance environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist painters in preparing walls, ceilings, and other surfaces for painting.
- Clean, sand, scrape, and fill holes or cracks before painting.
- Mix paints, primers, and coatings as instructed.
- Carry tools, materials, ladders, and equipment to work areas.
- Cover furniture and floors with protective materials.
- Clean brushes, rollers, and painting equipment after use.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite.
- Follow safety guidelines and supervisor instructions.
- Prior experience in painting or construction work is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of painting tools and materials.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights if required.
- Good teamwork and willingness to learn.
- Physically fit and punctual.
