About the Role
Collegebatao is looking for a passionate and experienced Education Counsellor to guide students in making informed decisions regarding their higher education and career paths. The ideal candidate should possess strong counselling, communication, and student engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional course options.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to provide suitable guidance.
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
- Assist students throughout the admission process, including application submission and documentation.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and counselling activities in CRM/software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Stay updated on educational programs, admission criteria, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, or student recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of higher education programs and admission processes.
