Position Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, handling customer inquiries, presenting project details, and converting prospects into successful sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate leads through field visits, references, social media, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain a strong database of prospective customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and inquiries.
Sales Activities
- Promote and sell bungalows, villas, plots, and banquet hall bookings.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and benefits to customers.
- Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.
- Convert inquiries into bookings and sales closures.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from inquiry to possession.
Market Development
- Build relationships with brokers, channel partners, and local influencers.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing activities.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors and customer preferences.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data.
- Update CRM and sales reports regularly.
- Coordinate with accounts and legal departments for documentation and payment processing.
- Assist customers in completing booking and agreement formalities.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in sales.
- Real estate experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
