Role & Responsibility:
· Responsible to lead the team of Production engineers for streamlining daily production systems and process
· Establishment of the Plant as an independent Profit Centre
· Responsible for achieving targets for the entire line of production (In-house, Outsourced & Onsite)
· Responsible for providing total solution Planning, Designing, Production, Purchase, Quality Certification, with timely delivery of finished quality products. etc.
· To maintain Quality Checks and Standards as per prescribed norms of various quality certifying agencies and work towards manufacturing value adding engineering products
· Possess good Functional Skills with in-depth knowledge of Process, Product and end application.
· Possess Good analytical and problem solving skills along with Presentation, Communication and Convincing skills
· Effective implementation of ISO quality standards
· Prior exp. of handling over all responsibilities of shop floor & ERP system operating (Must).
· Responsible for production of castings.
· Responsible yield improvement & cost cutting Measures & productivity improvement.
Responsible for new casting development including pattern design.
· Sourcing of raw material from new supplier’s / vendor development.
· Inventory control in Foundry Raw materials as well as castings.
Exp. in handling the entire production line including fabrication, shop floor, quality standards, tool room, etc. Knowledge of CNC machine operations. Proven experience in planning, production, purchase, QC and meeting regular targets of production. Exp. in handling team of engineers, production staff, etc. and possess the ability to work as a Profit Centre Head. Must also possess computer skills, analytical skills, problem solving ability, good communication and interpersonal skills.
