We are looking for a highly driven E-Commerce Manager to take full ownership of our marketplace expansion. At INNOVATE ART IMPEX, we have already established a strong presence across major platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Snapdeal. Now, we need an expert who can independently onboard new platforms, scale sales to the top, and manage our day-to-day operations.
We need a relentless problem-solver—someone with a resourceful ("jugaadu") mindset who can navigate marketplace challenges, bypass operational bottlenecks, and do whatever it takes to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and successfully onboard our brand onto new and emerging e-commerce platforms.
- Sales Growth: Take full ownership of top-line revenue growth across these new channels, implementing strategies to maximize product visibility and conversions.
- Operations & Compliance: Oversee daily e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless inventory management, accurate product listings, order fulfillment, and platform policy compliance.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a small team consisting of one Social Media Marketer and one E-Commerce Assistant.
- Problem Solving: Act as the primary roadblock-remover for all listing issues, dispatch delays, account health issues, or technical glitches.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager with a strong track record in marketplace operations and onboarding processes.
- An absolute go-getter with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and coordinate a small operational team.
- Excellent operational execution skills with a high attention to detail.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners are highly preferred, though we are open to candidates who can join as early as possible.
