Job Overview:
As an Office Calling Staff member, you will be the voice of our institution. You will be working comfortably from your home for just 4 hours a day. We offer flexible shift options to fit your schedule, making this an ideal role for someone seeking excellent work-life balance while contributing to a creative educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make and handle phone calls efficiently and accurately.
Communicate clearly and provide necessary information to callers.
Maintain a polite, professional, and positive behavior at all times.
Schedule & Working Hours:
4 Hours Daily
Shift Options (Choose One): * Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Qualifications & Requirements:
Mandatory Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi and Tamil.
Preferred Languages: Proficiency in English, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, or any other South Indian language is a major plus.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable phone and internet connection to work from home without interruptions.
