- Assist in basic food preparation such as cutting vegetables, cleaning ingredients, and preparing simple items.
- Support in the preparation of South Indian staples like chutneys, batter, and pre-prep for dosa, idli, and vada.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow instructions from senior chefs and adhere to standard recipes.
- Ensure proper storage of food items as per hygiene and FIFO guidelines.
- Assist in receiving and organizing stock deliveries.
- Help in maintaining kitchen discipline and safety standards.
- Minimize wastage and handle ingredients carefully.
