Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Interior Designer to lead design projects from concept through completion. This role blends creative leadership, technical expertise, and client-facing responsibility. You’ll mentor junior designers, collaborate with consultants, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high design standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior design projects from concept development through construction and installation
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, space plans, FF&E selections, and detailed presentations
- Oversee design documentation including drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Manage client relationships, present design solutions, and incorporate feedback
- Review shop drawings, samples, and submittals for design intent and quality
- Conduct site visits and support construction administration as needed
- Mentor and guide junior designers and interns
- Ensure projects align with brand standards, budgets, and timelines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
