Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation of CCTV Systems:
- Install CCTV cameras, monitors, and other related equipment according to design specifications.
- Run cables and wires, ensuring proper connections and installations.
2. Maintenance and Repair:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure CCTV systems are functioning properly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in a timely manner.
3. System Configuration and Setup:
- Configure CCTV systems, including DVRs, NVRs, and software settings.
- Set up remote viewing and monitoring capabilities for clients and stakeholders.
4. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all installations and repairs meet industry standards and company guidelines.
- Test CCTV systems to ensure they capture clear and high-quality images.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance activities, and repairs.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on CCTV system performance and status.
6. Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries related to CCTV systems.
- Educate clients on how to use and manage their CCTV systems effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in CCTV/ Electronics or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or similar role.
- Knowledge of CCTV equipment, including cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and cables.
- Familiarity with different CCTV technologies and brands.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
