We are looking for a hands-on QA Automation Engineer with strong experience across Automation Testing, UI Testing, API Testing, Java, and IVR testing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable writing automation scripts, troubleshooting failures, validating APIs and UI workflows, and testing IVR/conversational AI solutions.
The role requires a combination of strong programming fundamentals, automation expertise, API/UI validation, and IVR testing experience. Candidates should be able to demonstrate practical coding and problem-solving skills rather than only theoretical QA knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and relevant automation frameworks.
- Perform UI automation testing for web-based applications and validate end-to-end business workflows.
- Develop and execute API automation tests using REST Assured or similar tools.
- Validate API responses, JSON payloads, status codes, headers, schemas, and business logic.
- Perform IVR testing, including call flows, menus, prompts, routing, transfers, fallback scenarios, and error handling.
- Test AI-powered IVR/conversational voice solutions, including customer intent handling, voice recognition, responses, and conversational flows.
- Validate integration between IVR, backend APIs, AI services, and UI applications.
- Write reusable and maintainable automation scripts using Java, OOP concepts, collections, loops, arrays, strings, and exception handling.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
- Investigate automation failures and identify whether issues originate from the UI, API, IVR platform, AI service, or underlying application.
- Troubleshoot tests that pass locally but fail in CI/CD environments.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
