Job Description:-
1. Managing the operation, maintenance, manpower and financial planning for Electrical department.
2. Managing the equipment and machineries to be always with excellent condition, safe and systematic with better uptime.
3. Build and develops the team to have consistent systematic work and moral values to the staff.
4. Must be multi-tasking and always be working together with the various departments.
5. Ensuring proper procedures in place & followed for all Electrical works and activities.
6. Initiate, implement and ensure proper methods for optimize energy conservation, maintenance & operation cost.
7. Must always remain communicative and be responsible for all activities and works under Electrical department.
8. Continually liaise with the consultants, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure all the equipment are fully operational.
9. Effective planning, preventive maintenance, testing and other related are thoroughly carried out as per schedule.
10. To be pro-active always towards making any necessary adjustments, ordering spare parts and identifying electrical issues.
11. Manage the recruitment, training, and induction programs for the Electrical team.
12. Plan training schedules and ensure training effectiveness to all the team members.
13. Ensure all equipment are safely operated and persons are always competent.
14. Liaise with the teams for any quick services required under maintenance and operation of electrical related equipment.
15. Ensure reports are generated as per timelines and provide accurate & necessary information to higher management for an efficient system.
16. Effective budgeting, execution, and staff schedules to maximize operational effectiveness and minimize cost.
17. Any other duties requested by the Management Team.
18.Effective Customer Service Excellence.
Desired profile of the candidate:
- BE / B Tech. in Electrical Engineering.
- 06-10 years of experience in maintenance of electrical control systems, AC/DC motors,
- Powerhouse, PLC, Drive systems & low current systems. Knowledge in handling projects & ERP/SAP will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
