The engineer actively drives innovation and problem-solving efforts to meet project goals and client expectations, fostering a collaborative environment that supports efficient and effective software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes and methodologies to optimize team productivity.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Experience in developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP programming language.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based software architecture and deployment models.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting SAP systems with other enterprise applications.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
