About the Role
Momentum Digital is seeking an experienced Google Removal Expert to help businesses protect their online reputation by removing policy-violating content from Google platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands Google Business Profile policies and has experience successfully resolving review and profile issues.
Responsibilities
- Submit removal requests for fake, spam, and policy-violating Google reviews.
- Handle Google Business Profile reinstatement cases.
- Identify policy violations and gather supporting evidence.
- Communicate with Google Support through the appropriate channels.
- Track case progress and provide status updates.
- Maintain detailed documentation of every case.
- Stay current with Google's latest Business Profile policies and updates.
- Work with internal account managers to ensure timely resolutions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with Google Business Profile management.
- Strong understanding of Google's review and Business Profile policies.
- Experience submitting successful review removals and reinstatement requests.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred Experience
- Google Business Profile optimization.
- Local SEO knowledge.
- Experience handling suspended Google Business Profiles.
- Familiarity with Google Business Profile Support and appeals.

Compensation
- Performance-based pay per successful review removal and/or profile reinstatement.
