Job Description: AI Agent Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Agent Manager who can combine strong educational expertise with a practical understanding of technology in schools. This role is central to developing AI-integrated learning modules, aligning them with our Learning Management System (LMS) and ERP, and enabling teachers to leverage AI for student learning support. The position requires experience in teacher training, facilitation, and curriculum design, with a focus on helping educators confidently use AI agents in classrooms.
Key Responsibilities
· Program Design & Development
o Design and develop modules aligned with the existing LMS and ERP systems.
o Collaborate with the tech team to integrate modules into AI agents.
o Create lesson plans, supplementary activities, and worksheets as required.
· Piloting & Implementation
o Test modules and AI integration through pilot programs in select schools.
o Refine tools and resources based on pilot results before scaling.
· Teacher Training & Support
o Train and guide teachers on using AI agents for:
§ Analyzing student performance data.
§ Recommending targeted interventions and activity suggestions.
o Facilitate workshops and continuous professional development sessions to build teacher capacity.
o Provide one-on-one and group support to ensure teachers gain confidence in AI use.
· Monitoring & Reporting
o Establish and oversee a monthly reporting system across schools.
o Collect and review teacher reports from 16 schools, analyze data, and provide actionable feedback.
o Adjust and support program delivery to help teachers become proficient AI facilitators.
Qualifications & Skills
· B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) required; a Master’s in Education or related field is an added advantage.
· Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in teaching, teacher training, or facilitation.
· Strong understanding of pedagogy, curriculum planning, and classroom management.
· Familiarity with digital tools, LMS, and ERP systems (training on AI integration will be provided).
· Proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate teachers.
· Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
· Strong organizational and project management abilities.
