1. Lead Conversion & Nurturing
- Manage, filter, and convert inbound leads generated through our digital marketing campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and podcasts).
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups to brief prospects about our BIM certifications.
- Maintain a disciplined follow-up pipeline to ensure zero lead leakage.
2. Consultative Counseling & Sales
- Act as a career consultant rather than a traditional salesperson; diagnose the prospect's background, listen to their career challenges, and pitch the right curriculum.
- Conduct detailed program walk-throughs and address student/parent queries regarding course USPs, job placements, and ROI.
- Overcome objections smoothly and drive the enrollment process to close monthly sales targets.
3. CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain impeccable data hygiene by updating student interactions, follow-up dates, and payment statuses daily in our CRM system.
- Track personal sales metrics and provide precise weekly/monthly closure forecasts to the management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, career counseling, or B2C sales. Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
- Communication: Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory. Excellent active listening and persuasive storytelling skills are crucial.
- Mindset: An entrepreneurial, self-motivated attitude. You should thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced setup.
- Tech-Savviness: Comfort using CRM software, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools.
- Industry Interest (Plus): A basic understanding of or curiosity about the construction, architecture, or BIM sector is a major advantage (though not mandatory; complete product training will be provided).
