Job Description:
- We are looking for a Coordinator Operations (Post Sales) position at our motion furniture manufacturing company requires a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Coordination with the Sales team, internal departments, and customers to update the status of orders in process.
- Manage dispatch from various locations and share details with the sales team and customers.
- Follow up with sales teams for orders ready with production.
- Manage and plan Installations of the products.
- Update various data in the spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.
- The coordinator will be dealing with the Sales, Operations, Production, Finance & Installation teams over the phone and email.
- Proficiency in MS Office-Excel and CRM operations is essential.
- The ideal candidate possesses excellent English communication skills, exudes a pleasant personality, and excels in phonic conversations.
