Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Calibration Engineer responsible for performing calibration, testing, and maintenance of instruments and equipment. The role ensures accuracy, compliance with standards, and smooth functioning of all measuring devices used in service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform calibration of instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, and electrical measuring devices.
- Maintain and update calibration records, reports, and certificates.
- Ensure all equipment complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and identify faults in instruments and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for on-site and in-house calibration services.
- Maintain calibration schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Handle documentation related to ISO / NABL or other quality standards.
- Assist in audits and quality inspections.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of calibration equipment.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of calibration techniques and measurement standards
- Understanding of ISO / NABL guidelines (preferred)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in service-based or third-party calibration labs
- Knowledge of instrumentation and testing equipment
- Willingness to travel for on-site calibration work
