Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential teachers, schools, coaching centers, and students through calls, field visits, and digital channels
Sales & Counseling: Pitch TheMentR platform, explain benefits, and convert leads into onboarded educators/students
Partnership Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, institutes, and education consultants
Market Research: Understand local market trends, competitor activities, and student/teacher requirements
Target Achievement: Meet monthly targets for teacher onboarding, student enrollments, and revenue
Reporting: Maintain daily reports, lead pipeline, and updates report.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree. Freshers & experienced both can apply
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi + Regional language preferred
- Prior experience in Ed-tech, sales, or education sector is a plus
- Comfortable with field visits + inside sales
- Basic MS Excel and smartphone skills
