Job Title: Digital Marketing Head
Job Summary*
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing function and strengthen the company's digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, establish a strong online presence, and support the company's business objectives.
The role requires expertise in branding, content strategy, social media marketing, SEO, digital campaigns, and market trends. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills to guide the digital marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Drive brand awareness and strengthen the company's digital presence across all online platforms.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, website optimization, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing activities.
- Develop and execute branding campaigns to enhance market positioning and customer engagement.
- Define and oversee content strategy for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign insights, audience behavior, and digital performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the Sales, CRM, Creative, and Business Development teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies.
- Coordinate with external agencies, creative partners, and digital service providers whenever required.
- Review digital marketing reports and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely execution of digital campaigns and maintain high standards of quality across all marketing activities.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing Strategy and Brand Management.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Strong understanding of website optimization and digital customer engagement.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and other digital analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify market trends and implement innovative digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or certifications in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
