Key Responsibility
-
Responsible of driving Sales & Order booking in South & East regions for MV transactional business as per objective set by organization
-
Promoting Schneider electric MV Switchgear offering (Breakers, RMU, 2SIS, AIS Panels, PSS) to all segments through channels in South & Eastern region.
-
Supporting Sales team with technical and commercial offer for MV Switchgears for transactional activity and coordinate with the teams to close the deals.
-
Grow the MV transactional business from Panel builders, Distributors, licensee partners etc
-
Support SE Partners and SE KAM to get approval at End user.
-
Opportunity management in Sales force / Bridge front office.
-
Forecasting of orders & sales for Mv Transactional business for South & East region.
-
Managing tasks, projects to deliver activity on time and on budget to generate profitable growth is a key parameter.
-
Working as part of and leading cross-department, division to deliver to jointly agreed objectives is fundamental to the role.

Focus & review monthly opportunity pipeline.
-
Focus of monthly order booking.
-
Focus on delivering Commercial Margin as per company guidelines.
-
Focus on delivering dP as per company guidelines.
-
Focus on delivering SD targets—activity-wise/region-wise.

Focus on delivering all AMSP initiatives.
-
Focus on promotion of new Hero offers.
-
Drive DSTP.
-
Devise strategy along with proximity for winning large & medium value orders.

Saturate existing customers
-
Focus & strategize to convert competition customer.
-
Ensure adherence to SPA process/guidelines laid down by the company.
-
Conduct Innovation Talk campaigns, seminars in the region.
Capture competition information- -product/GTM/promotional.

Deploy Digital campaigns in the region.
-
Explore new geographies for increasing customer base

Support & grow GEO locations.
-
Animate the Panel builder program.
-
Conduct trainings @ various levels for sales proximity, channels & disty champs.

Material forecasting for key projects.
-
Share progress of AMSP thru dashboards to proximity.
-
Liason with service team for ensuring proper closure of service complaints.

Ensure liquidation of unhealthy stock.

Clearance of old orders in the system (SO ageing)
