We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts function from our Pune Head Office.
Role Overview
The Finance Manager will be responsible for end-to-end financial management, statutory compliance, financial planning, and strategic support for a multi-location organisation. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on expertise, and the ability to work closely with senior management and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts function across all company locations
- Ensure robust financial governance, controls, and compliance with statutory requirements
- Oversee accounting operations, monthly closures, reconciliations, and reporting
- Prepare and present MIS, dashboards, and financial analysis for senior management
- Manage company investments, working capital, debt, and funding requirements
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for loans, limits, and other financial needs
- Coordinate and ensure timely completion of statutory and internal audits
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESI, ROC filings, and other applicable regulations
- Stay updated on changes in taxation, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks
- Support payroll processing and employee statutory compliance in coordination with HR/Admin
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Implement and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve efficiency
- Partner with branch heads to ensure consistent implementation of financial policies
- Provide financial insights and strategic support for business expansion across locations
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance and accounting team
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Minimum CA (Inter) / MBA (Finance) / CMA
- Experience: 12 years of relevant experience, preferably in multi-state or multi-location organisations with a minimum of 3 years experience in handling a team size of 4-5 managers & accountants
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience in bank financing, working capital management, and debt structuring
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
- Proficiency in financial software, accounting systems, and MS Office (advanced Excel preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Willingness to travel occasionally to branch locations
