We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Executive for performance marketing efforts at our resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute effective Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns targeting relevant audiences
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROI, and lower cost-per-click
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
- Develop retargeting strategies and custom audience segments
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and ad copy
- Monitor trends and platform updates to adapt strategies accordingly
- Track conversions using Google Analytics, and Tag Manager
Requirements:
- 2 plus years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, PPC strategies, and tracking
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Analytics tools
- Ability to work independently with a goal-driven mindset
