Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, understand IT services, and be capable of generating high-quality leads, writing winning proposals, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork..
- Write customized, persuasive, and professional proposals..
- Communicate with international clients through Upwork chat, Zoom, and email..
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare estimates and solutions..
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities..
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline..
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project scope with clients..
- Maintain CRM and sales records..
- Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets..
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business..
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in Upwork bidding.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong proposal writing and client communication skills.
Understanding of software development services such as:
- Mobile App Development (Flutter, React Native, Android, iOS)
- Web Development
- AI & Generative AI Solutions
- UI/UX Design
- Custom Software Development
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and prepare solution-oriented proposals.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Applications, or a related field..
