Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience or a strong interest in Home Automation, Smart Lighting Control, Audio-Video (AV) Systems, and ELV solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, testing, and commissioning of home automation systems.
- Service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of lighting control systems.
- Installation and support of audio-video systems, including home theatres and multi-room audio.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer sites.
- Coordinate with clients and provide technical support.
- Prepare service reports and maintain documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of service calls and preventive maintenance.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, ECE, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Home Automation, AV, Lighting Control, or ELV systems (Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply).
- Basic knowledge of networking, wiring, and electrical systems.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with smart home systems.
- Knowledge of lighting control, motorized curtains/blinds, audio-video integration, and networking.
- Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Salary: Best in the industry (based on experience)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
