We are looking for an experienced Fashion Design Faculty with strong expertise in Pattern Making, Garment Construction (GM/GC), and Draping to join our Banjara Hills Campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Pattern Making (Flat Pattern Drafting & Grading) for men's, women's, and children's garments.
- Conduct practical sessions in Garment Construction, sewing techniques, garment finishing, and production methods.
- Teach Draping techniques on dress forms for contemporary and couture garments.
- Guide students in garment fitting, alterations, and pattern corrections.
- Demonstrate industrial sewing machine operations and garment assembly techniques.
- Mentor students during collection development, portfolio creation, juries, exhibitions, and fashion shows.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practical exercises, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain workshop discipline and ensure proper use of sewing machines and equipment.
- Stay updated with current garment manufacturing techniques, fashion trends, and sustainable practices.
- Participate in curriculum development, academic activities, workshops, and institutional events.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Garment Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching or apparel industry experience preferred.
- Candidates with strong technical expertise in Pattern Making, Draping, and Garment Construction will be given preference.
- Freshers with exceptional technical skills and portfolios may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Pattern Making and Garment Construction.
- Excellent Draping and garment fitting techniques.
- Thorough understanding of garment manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of industrial sewing machines and finishing methods.
- Ability to teach practical studio sessions effectively.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with Fashion CAD software such as Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, or similar applications is an added advantage.
- Passion for mentoring aspiring fashion designers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
