We are hiring for a Sales Coordinator to assist the Sales Manager during the month of July 2026 in a Sales Outlet at MG Mall Guru gram by securing exhibitor booth bookings, managing client relationships, and coordinating on the spot Sales, focusing heavily on B2B outreach, pipeline management, and flawless customer service
Key Responsibilities
· Exhibitor Sales & Lead Generation: Identify, contact, and pitch booth spaces to potential vendors in the Sales Outlet.
· Account Management: Guide vendors through the registration process, process contracts, and ensure all exhibitor needs (floor plans, space selection, billing) are met.
· On-Site Event Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for exhibitors during the, assisting with setup, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Ideal Qualifications & Skills
· Experience: 0–2 years in B2B sales, event coordination, or hospitality.
· Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cold-calling, emailing, and face-to-face client interactions.
· Organization: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple vendor accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
· Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and on-site at the venue during the event build-up and execution phases.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
