About the Role
This is not a conventional business development role. As a Client Advisory Associate, you will work at the intersection of founders, finance, and business consulting - understanding businesses before advisory engagements begin.
You will be among the first points of interaction with prospective clients, helping evaluate business requirements, understand challenges, and support consulting conversations that drive meaningful business outcomes.
This role is designed for individuals looking to build long-term careers in consulting, advisory, VCFO, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with founders and business leaders to understand their business models and objectives

Conduct structured discovery conversations and assess client requirements

Support evaluation of business readiness for advisory engagements

Identify key insights, opportunities, and areas of concern during initial interactions

Prepare concise summaries and observations for senior consulting teams

Coordinate meetings and maintain professional stakeholder communication

Track engagement progress and maintain CRM records
