10+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles in a production cloud environment
- Design, provision, and maintain cloud infrastructure on GCP using Terraform (modules, remote state, workspaces)
- Manage server and container configuration using Ansible playbooks and roles
- Operate production Kubernetes clusters: upgrades, node pool scaling, network policies, RBAC, PodDisruptionBudgets
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with ArgoCD (GitOps), GitHub Actions, and Google Cloud Build
Implement and enforce secrets management (Vault, External Secrets Operator, or GCP Secret Manager)
- Define and monitor SLOs; build alerting, dashboards (Grafana/Cloud Monitoring), and runbooks
- Expert-level Terraform: module authorship, state management, CI-integrated plan/apply, provider version pinning
- Production Ansible experience: roles, inventories, vault integration, idempotent playbook design
- Deep Kubernetes expertise: multi-cluster management, HPA/VPA/KEDA, Ingress controllers, service mesh awareness
- Hands-on CI/CD platform ownership: ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and at least one additional pipeline tool
- Strong Bash scripting for automation, init, and operational tasks
- Proficient with GCP services: GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Build, IAM, VPC, Secret Manager
- Understanding of JavaScript/Next.js application architecture to build appropriate pipelines and runtime configs
- Experience with observability stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or cloud-native equivalents
- Security-minded: CIS benchmarks, container hardening, network policies, IAM least-privilegeNICE TO HAVE
- CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) or CKS certification
- Experience with Crossplane or Pulumi for platform engineering abstractions
- Familiarity with eBPF-based networking (Cilium) or service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
- Background building internal developer platforms (Backstage, Port, or custom)
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
