Job Title: Facility Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facility. The ideal candidate should be an all-rounder who can manage facility operations end-to-end, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, vendor management, compliance, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of the premises.
Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and support staff.
Coordinate and manage external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, fire safety, and other building systems.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed on time.
Handle facility-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, AMCs, and statutory compliance.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and fire safety standards.
Manage facility budgets, expenses, and procurement requirements.
Coordinate with management and provide regular operational reports.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency across the facility.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum 3–8 years of experience in facility management, operations, or site management.
Strong knowledge of building maintenance, vendor management, and facility operations.
Experience handling housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and independently manage facility operations.
