Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated HRM Faculty to deliver engaging and practical training in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and a passion for teaching and student development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical sessions in Human Resource Management.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessments.
- Guide students on HR concepts, recruitment, payroll, HRMS, employee relations, and labor laws.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic support.
- Assist with placement activities and career guidance.
- Maintain academic records and ensure timely completion of the syllabus.
Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resource Management.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and HRMS tools is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
