Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day HR activities. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance and leave management.
- Coordinate employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- Assist with HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS/ATS is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
