Key Responsibilities
✅ Generate and convert leads through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.
✅ Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective customers.
✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✅ Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
✅ Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
✅ Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
✅ Maintain CRM, lead records, and daily sales MIS reports.
✅ Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for seamless customer experience.
✅ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
✅ Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support
Pay: ₹16,811.32 - ₹50,481.88 per month
