Contract Management
- Review and understand contract agreements, work orders, and project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Maintain records of contracts, amendments, and correspondence.
- Monitor contractual obligations, milestones, and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing contractual notices, claims, and variation orders.
Client Billing
- Prepare and submit Running Account (RA) Bills as per contract terms.
- Verify work quantities and measurements before billing.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams for bill certification.
- Track bill approvals and payment status.
- Reconcile certified quantities and payments received.
Subcontractor Billing
- Verify subcontractor measurements and invoices.
- Process and certify subcontractor bills.
- Ensure billing is in accordance with contract agreements and work completed.
- Maintain records of subcontractor payments and deductions.
Quantity Verification & Measurement
- Review BOQs, drawings, and project specifications.
- Measure executed work and prepare quantity statements.
- Verify quantities for additional and variation works.
- Maintain measurement sheets and supporting documentation.
Claims & Variations
- Prepare and submit variation claims and extra-item bills.
- Maintain records for extensions of time (EOT), claims, and contractual changes.
- Support the resolution of commercial and contractual disputes.
Cost Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor project billing, collections, and cash flow.
- Prepare monthly billing and collection reports.
- Track project revenue against targets.
- Assist in project cost analysis and profitability assessments.
Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Clients, Consultants, and Finance teams.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and contract compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports related to contracts, billing, and collections.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Additional certification in Contracts Management or Quantity Surveying is preferred.
Experience
- 3–10 years of experience in contracts administration and billing within the construction industry.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,417,275.06 per month
