Job Title: HR Manager
Experience:3 YRS
As HR Manager, you’ll lead all HR functions and act as a strategic partner to leadership. You’ll own recruitment, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and culture for our -person team.
Key Responsibilities
*Strategy & Leadership*: Design and implement HR policies, org structure, and workforce planning aligned with business goals
*Talent Acquisition*: Oversee full-cycle recruitment for all levels. Build employer brand and reduce time-to-hire
*Employee Relations*: Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations. Maintain positive workplace culture
*Compliance*: Ensure 100% compliance with Indian labor laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity, POSH, Shops & Establishments Act
*Payroll & Benefits*: Supervise monthly payroll, benefits administration, and statutory filings
*Performance Management*: Run appraisal cycles, goal setting, PIPs, and succession planning
*Training & Development*: Identify skill gaps and roll out L&D programs
*HR Operations*: Manage HRMS, employee records, exit process, and HR audits
*Team Management*: Lead and mentor 1-3 HR Executives/Generalists
*Requirements*
- MBA in HR or equivalent
- 2-3years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
- Proven experience handling 100+ employees
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
