End-to-end revenue ownership
Job Requirements
- End-to-end revenue ownership: Rs. 8 Cr annual target across House Hunt and IS Report product lines
- Build, hire, and retain a 20-person sales team within 60 days of joining
- Design and enforce the sales playbook — scripts, objection handling, demo flow, pricing, pipeline hygiene
- Weekly pipeline reviews with KAMs and inside sales leads; Friday forecast to CEO
- Own channel partnerships: corporate HR tie-ups, bank/HFC desk partnerships, CA referral programmes
- Set individual quotas, incentive structures, and performance review cadence across all roles
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation, campaign targeting, and conversion optimisation

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
