Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, approved samples, and company quality standards across Cutting, Stitching, Finishing, and Packing.
- Conduct process audits and monitor production activities to identify quality risks and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and analyze DHU, RFT, Rework, Rejection Rate, and AQL performance, ensuring continuous quality improvement.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, PPC, Stores, and QC teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely production.
- Verify compliance with SOPs, quality checkpoints, measurement standards, and inspection procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
- Maintain quality records, audit reports, inspection reports, and CAPA documentation.
- Participate in pre-production meetings and ensure production follows approved PP Samples, Size Sets, and buyer comments.
- Support internal audits, buyer audits, and third-party inspections.
- Identify recurring quality issues through root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to factory quality policies, safety standards, and customer expectations.
Key Skills Required
- Good knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and quality systems.
- Understanding of AQL standards, garment construction, measurement, and inspection techniques.
- Ability to perform process audits, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quality documentation.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams in a factory environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
