Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally on arrival and during their stay
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and courteously
- Provide information about amenities, services, and local attractions
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain updated guest records and process reservations if required
- Prepare reports related to guest feedback, occupancy, and other KPIs
- Ensure VIP guests receive personalized services
- Promote loyalty programs or special services
- Ensure the lobby and reception area are always tidy and welcoming
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management or related field
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a hospitality or customer service role
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Multilingual skills (preferred)
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, etc.)
- Groomed and professional appearance
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
