We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Head Office in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office activities.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
Support basic administrative and office tasks.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Guide visitors to the relevant staff members or departments.
Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Polite, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently.
