We are looking for a skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our engineering team and help build scalable, high-performance backend systems for next-generation financial platforms.
You will work on real-time distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven architectures that power autonomous financial applications.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js (TypeScript) and Java (Spring Boot)
- Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs
- Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases
- Develop event-driven systems using Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Create and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform
- Optimize system performance, database queries, and application scalability
- Implement security best practices, RBAC, and data protection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable backend solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Required Skills
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Strong knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot
- Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Good understanding of microservices and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/DigitalOcean)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Terraform
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience handling concurrency, scalability, and high-load systems
