Position: Sales Executive

Job Role:
Build market share within the assigned territory through robust distribution networks by actively engaging with dealers, distributors, fabricators, carpenters, influencers, builders, contractors, and government agencies to drive demand and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales targets for products, distributors, towns, and territories
Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and fabricators
Expand distribution networks as per town-wise targets
Execute market visits as per Permanent Journey Plan (PJP)
Build strong relationships with distributors, builders, contractors, carpenters, and government agencies
Analyze sales performance, distributor productivity, and market trends
Monitor competitor activities and implement strategic sales initiatives
Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support
Follow up on dispatches, payments, and customer concerns
Maintain and submit monthly sales reports and market updates
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks
- First Class (60% and above) in 10th & 12th is mandatory
Salary Upto 35000/- + PF ESI & incentives
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory
