Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.
- Prior experience in luxury retail, architecture, interior design, lighting, or premium products industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, presentable, and relationship-oriented personality.
- Passion for luxury brands, architecture, interiors, or design industry.
- Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client servicing preferred.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.
- Ability to handle client meetings and presentations professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, and specifiers.
- Promote luxury lighting products through meetings, presentations, events, and digital platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads and increase customer footfall to the experience centre.
- Represent the brand professionally with excellent communication and hospitality skills.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns and business development strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client segments.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
