- Supervise day-to-day factory and production operations.
- Plan and allocate work to welders, fitters, machine operators, helpers, and other production staff.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
- Monitor manpower utilization and reduce idle time.
- Maintain production quality as per company standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and proper use of PPE.
- Coordinate with the Production, Stores, Purchase, and Quality departments.
- Monitor machine performance and report maintenance requirements.
- Maintain daily production reports, attendance, and shift records.
- Control material wastage and improve shop-floor productivity.
- Train and guide workers on work methods and discipline.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper 5S implementation in the factory.
Pay: ₹12,348.55 - ₹15,000.00 per month
