Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the jewellery industry. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, payroll coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll.
- Support employee engagement and performance management.
- Address employee queries and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
- Coordinate training and induction programs and prepare HR reports.
- Support overall HR operations and administrative activities.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the jewellery industry.
- Good experience in recruitment and HR operations, payroll and labour law compliance.
- Experience handling recruitment for showroom sales, and corporate roles.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
