Job Overview:
We are seeking a performance-driven PPC Manager with strong expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should be focused on generating leads, maximizing ROI, and scaling paid campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis for campaign success
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Optimize campaigns continuously to improve performance and reduce cost per acquisition
- Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across campaigns
- Execute A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and audience segments
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel
- Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports
- Identify scaling opportunities and implement strategies to improve results
- Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Strong understanding of paid campaign strategies and optimization techniques
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
- Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads Certification is a plus
- Experience in lead generation or e-commerce campaigns
- Familiarity with performance marketing tools and dashboards

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
