University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or Supply Chain and 6 years of related experience, or minimum 10 years of related experience

Key responsibilities (text) Take accountability and overall responsibility for a high-performing organisation in Fulfilment and Replenishment Unit Operations which includes daily operations in all units in the market and related operational activities like increasing efficiency and continuous improvement, ensuring the business needs and requests for development are anchored to performance and in line with the overall business direction. Securing short and mid-term capacities in line with agreed cost development and contribution to the cost goal. Leading, supporting, coaching and following up on people development and securing succession planning. Create the right prerequisites in the organisation to enable the growth agenda and secure the Group Fulfilment & Core Services agenda is translated into the country Fulfilment and Replenishment Unit operations organisation with a customer-centric and collaborative approach in focus.
1.Take accountability for high performing daily operations and an efficient distribution network connected to fulfilment and replenishment operations in all IKEA units in the market including standard operating procedures, planning, execution and follow up and day to day continuous improvement of operations and the goods-flow process, relevant negotiations, IWAY, Distribution Service Provider agreements and follow through commitments of the remuneration letters (if applicable), legal compliance with a focus on quality and a customer-centric, collaborative mind-set in all touchpoints at lowest possible cost.
2.Ensure excellence in operations and quality under the scope of Fulfilment and Replenishment Unit operations in the market to exceed customer expectations by enabling a seamless shopping experience and a great quality in meeting with the customer.
3. Take accountability for securing efficiency and implementing improvements in all units in the market, being part of the omnichannel network, supporting the units in the market with evaluating the need for conventional or automation in their fulfilment and replenishment operating model, through cooperation with all relevant stakeholders.
4. Lead, coach and develop the Fulfilment & Replenishment Unit Operations team to secure an inspiring and motivating environment where people and talent are continuously developed with focus on long-term skills and competence building, inclusive succession planning, health and wellbeing as well as equality, diversity and inclusion. Creating a safe environment, where our people want to stay and see themselves growing.
5. Lead the matrix towards FF Managers in the Units and take accountability for securing seamless cooperations of Fulfilment and Replenishment Unit Operations with all relevant market stakeholders and Group Functions with a customer centric, collaborative, end-to-end and process-oriented mindset.
